If you have an emergency during the night or at the weekend, please call our emergency number on 07989 115462.
Your phone call will be answered by our vet on call. If the vet is busy with another emergency he/she will call you back as soon as they are able. Please remember to either leave a voicemail with your name and telephone number with a short explanation of your concern or send a text with the same details to 07989 115462 if you are unable to get through.
For Small Animal emergencies the vet will have a short discussion with you via telephone as to how best to proceed but usually you will meet the vet at our surgery in Gaerwen.
In exceptional circumstances we can perform home visits, but we are better equipped to deal with your pets needs at the surgery.
